Chicago, June 30 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.31million of 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due June 29, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 23%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
