New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1 million principal protected notes linked to two funds

Chicago, Sept. 17 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1 million of 0% notes due Sept. 18, 2020 linked to a basket of two exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF with a 60% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 40% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 85% of the basket return, with a minimum payout of par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
