New Issue: International Transmission places $225 million 4% first mortgage bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., March 29 – International Transmission Co. settled a $225 million private placement of 4% first mortgage bonds, series G, due March 30, 2053 on March 29, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bonds have a make-whole call until Sept. 30, 2052, then a par call.

The electric transmission company, a subsidiary of ITC Holdings Corp., is based in Novi, Mich.
