Interlink uses collateral to satisfy obligations under debentures

By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 4 - Interlink Global Corp. has satisfied its obligations under its debentures by allowing the investors to take possession of the collateral underlying the notes, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The holders accepted the company's "Acceptance of Collateral in Satisfaction of Obligation" agreement in September, the filing said.

Based in Miami, Interlink used to provide telecommunications services, but is now a shell company with no operations.
