New York, June 18 - The Markit iBoxx USD Leveraged Loans index was up 0.15% in the week of June 11, compared with a 0.21% gain in the week of June 4, according to data from Markit Group Ltd.

The Markit iBoxx USD Liquid Leveraged Loans index was better by 0.24%, versus a 0.47% improvement in the prior week.

Year to date, the Leveraged Loans index is up 3.87%, and the Liquid Leveraged Loans index has gained 3.73%.

The average bid in North America was 93.45, up from 93.42 in the week of June 4.

"We continue to make up for lost ground albeit at a slower pace than in the previous two weeks," said Otis Casey, director and loan market analyst at Markit.

"Investors were focused on the outcome of the Greek election and that led to light volumes," Casey added.
