UBS plans three-year call warrants linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Madison, Wis., July 31 – UBS AG, London Branch plans to price call warrants expiring Aug. 4, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notional amount will be $1,000 per warrant. The initial investment will be $100.90 per warrant, or 10.09% of the notional amount.
The warrants will be exercised on the expiration date if the index finishes above its initial level. The cash settlement amount will be the greater of the notional amount multiplied by the index return and zero.
UBS Investment Bank is the underwriter with JPMorgan as placement agent.
The warrants will price on Aug. 1 and settle on Aug. 6.
The Cusip number is 90273E746.
