New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.76 million uncapped dual directional accelerated barrier notes on Stoxx

Chicago, Dec. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.76 million of 0% uncapped dual directional accelerated barrier notes Nov. 24, 2027 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times any index gain.

If the index falls or finishes at or above 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level.
