Epic Health Services gets $90 million credit facility led by CIT

New York, Dec. 20 - Epic Health Services closed on a new $90 million senior secured credit facility, according to a news release.

CIT Healthcare acted as the lead arranger, bookrunner and administrative agent on the deal.

Proceeds were used to help fund the acquisitions of Sante Pediatric Services and AmeriCare.

Epic Health Services is a Dallas-based provider of pediatric home health and therapy services as well as geriatric in-home services.
