Encompass Digital Media to launch credit facility amendment on Friday

New York, Sept. 12 - Encompass Digital Media Inc. has set a call for 10 a.m. ET on Friday to discuss with lenders a proposed acquisition and several amendments to its credit facility, according to a market source.

The loan amendments will be needed to support the acquisition.

In addition, the company will update lenders on its recent financial performance.

Further details on the amendments are expected to come out after the call, the source said.

Encompass is a Los Angeles-based digital media services provider.
