Elm buys back, cancels €1.4 million secured notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 8 – Elm BV bought back and canceled €1.4 million of its €25 million series 257 secured fixed-rate notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS2015229607) as part of a partial purchase agreement dated Dec. 7, according to a notice.

€21.6 million of the notes remain outstanding.

Amsterdam-based ELM focuses on raising capital through the issuance of bonds, notes and other debt instruments.
