Israel’s Elbit buys back NIS 22.12 million of series H notes at 90.4

Chicago, Nov. 5 – Elbit Imaging Ltd. repurchased NIS 22,115,044 principal amount of series H notes at a weighted average price of 90.4 for a total purchase price of NIS 19,991,937, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bonds were repurchased since Oct. 12.

Elbit Imaging is a company based in Tel Aviv with interests in commercial centers and other mixed-use real estate projects, predominantly in the retail sector, located in Central and Eastern Europe, hotels, medical industries and devices and residential projects, primarily in India.
