New Issue: Eksportfinans prices $13.49 million MSCI EAFE-linked participation notes via Goldman Sachs

Philadelphia, Sept. 14 - Eksportfinans ASA priced $13.494 million of 0% enhanced participation notes due Sept. 26, 2009 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, investors will receive par plus 150% of the index gain, capped at 121.25% with a maximum redemption amount of 131.875% of par.

If the index stays at 85% of its initial value or higher, the payout will be par. Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index beyond 85%.
