Moody's gives Baa1 rating to eBay notes
Moody's Investors Service said it gave a Baa1 rating to eBay Inc.’s senior unsecured notes
The company’s Baa1 senior unsecured is unaffected by the new notes, the agency said.
EBay intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including repayment of the floating-rate notes due 2023 and 2.75% fixed-rate notes due 2023.
The outlook remains stable.
