Moody's views DCP Midstream positively
Moody's Investors Service said it changed the rating outlook for DCP Midstream, LP and DCP Midstream Operating LP to positive from stable.
"The move to a positive outlook reflects DCP's strong operating performance and our expectations that earnings will continue to grow, improving credit metrics," stated James Wilkins, a Moody's vice president, in a press release.
Moody's also affirmed the ratings at DCP, including the Ba1 corporate family rating, Ba1-PD probability of default rating, and Ba3 rating on the perpetual preferred units. The SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating remains unchanged.
Additionally, the Ba1 ratings on the senior unsecured notes and the Ba2 rating on the junior subordinated notes, issued by DCP Midstream Operating, were affirmed.
