Company sells 2 million common shares at $0.10 per share in offering

Knoxville, Tenn., April 8 – Drug Free Solution Inc. settled a $200,000 private placement of stock on March 26, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2 million common shares at $0.10 apiece, which is a 33.33% discount to the March 25 closing share price of $0.15.
Proceeds will fund operations.
The East Hampton, N.Y., company’s pioneering product is its three-step process that combines self-analysis, breath and language.
