San Diego, March 30 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $1.37 million of 0% equity index-linked notes due March 31, 2017 linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return; investors will receive a minimum of par should the index fall.
