New Issue: Citigroup prices $3.36 million 8.7% callable contingent coupon securities linked to indexes
New York, Feb. 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.36 million of callable contingent coupon equity linked securities due June 30, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, Nasdaq-100 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 8.7% paid monthly if the worst performing index closes at or above its 60% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.
The securities may be called starting Sept. 27, 2023 at par and on any subsequent monthly review date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index ends at or above its 60% final barrier. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
