New Issue: Korea's Doosan Infracore prices $500 million 3¼% notes due 2042 at 265 bps spread

Atlanta, Sept. 25 - Korea's Doosan Infracore Co. Ltd. priced a $500 million issue of 3¼% notes due Oct. 5, 2042 (//A-) at 99.643 to yield 3.328%, or Treasuries plus 265 basis points, a market source said.

The notes, which are non-callable for five years, were talked at the Treasuries plus 270 basis points area.

Citigroup, JPMorgan and Korea Development Bank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S-only deal.

Doosan Infracore is a Seoul, South Korea-based business conglomerate.
