Deutsche Bank plans 0% securities linked to Deutsche Bank Balanced Currency Harvest index

Des Moines, July 3 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price an issue of 0% principal-protected performance securities due July 30, 2010 linked to the Deutsche Bank Balanced Currency Harvest index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are expected to price July 26 and settle July 31.
The index is designed to capitalize on the trend that currencies associated with high interest rates, on average, tend to rise in value relative to currencies associated with relatively low interest rates.
If the return on the index is positive, investors will receive par plus 135% of the return on the index. Investors will receive at least par.
