Fitch: Outlook stable for Delta certificates

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlook to stable from negative for the following classes of Delta Air Lines, Inc.'s enhanced equipment trust certificate transactions: the BB rated class A-2 passthrough certificates, series 2000-1; the B rated class B passthrough certificates, series 2000-1; the BB rated class A-1 and A-2 passthrough certificates, series 2001-1; the B rated class B passthrough certificates, series 2001-1; the BB- rated class B European passthrough certificates, series 2001-2; the B+ rated class C passthrough certificates, series 2002-1; and the BBB- rated class A passthrough certificates, series 2007-1.

The outlook change follows the revision of Delta Air's outlook to stable from negative on June 29.
