Bank of New York Trust buys $22.24 million in claims against Delta Air Lines

Pittsburgh, Feb. 9 - Bank of New York Trust Co. NA bought $22.24 million of Comcast MO Financial Services, Inc.'s claims against Delta Air Lines, Inc., according to Friday filings with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Specifically, Bank of New York bought a $5.58 million claim, a $5.62 million claim, a $5.6 million claim and a $5.44 million claim.

Delta, an Atlanta-based airline, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 14, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-17923.
