Moody’s rates Dell Bank Baa3
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned to Dell Bank International DAC a Baa3 long-term and P-3 short-term local and foreign currency issuer ratings.
The outlook is stable.
The entity is a subsidiary of Dell Inc. (Ba1 stable).
The agency said the ratings consider the bank’s overall satisfactory financial fundamentals as well as the interlinkages for the European financial services arm with its parent Dell, the main U.S. subsidiary of Dell Technologies Inc.
