Amroc Investments buys $1.86 million claim against Dana

Pittsburgh, Sept. 4 - Amroc Investments, LLC bought Nova Tube Indiana, LLC's $1.86 million claim against Dana Corp., according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
The total claim is made up of a $1.12 million general unsecured claim and a $736,541 administrative priority claim.
Dana, a Toledo, Ohio-based supplier of components, modules and systems to vehicle manufacturers and related aftermarkets, filed for bankruptcy on March 3, 2006. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-10354.
