• Proceeds for general partnership purposes, including capital expenditures and repaying debt under NuStar’s revolving credit agreement

• San Antonio-based limited partnership engaged in the transportation of petroleum products and anhydrous ammonia, the terminalling and storage of petroleum products and the marketing of petroleum products

• $25-par non-callable term preferred stock

• Dividends are payable quarterly

• Proceeds for investments and general working capital purposes
