BANK GOSPODARSTWA KRAJOWEGO: €500 million notes due in 10 years; BNP Paribas, HSBC, Societe Generale; lender based in Warsaw.

SERBIA: Up to $750 million of dollar or euro notes.

JSC EURASIAN BANK: $500 million in notes; Regulation S; bank based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

BULGARIA: About €1.5 billion in notes; proceeds to fund the bailout of the Commercial Corporate Bank and for addressing the sovereign’s budget deficit.

ELLOMAY CAPITAL: NIS 120 million 4.6% series A debentures due December 2023; proceeds to repay about €13.5 million of debt to Israel Discount Bank Ltd. and for its operations and other general corporate purposes; Tel Aviv company conducts business in energy and infrastructure sectors worldwide.

KENYA POWER: Global bonds; based in Nairobi, Kenya.

REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA: Up to $1 billion of notes; pricing expected in the second half of the year.

JORDAN: $1 billion U.S.-backed notes.

ETHIOPIA: 10-year notes by end of 2014; Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan; Rule 144A/Regulation S; roadshow planned.

ZAMBIAN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY CO. (ZESCO): As much as $500 million of bonds; power company based in Lusaka, Zambia.
