New Issue: China Merchants sells $300 million 0.95% sustainability notes

Los Angeles, Sept. 28 – China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. issued $300 million 0.95% fixed-rate sustainability notes due 2023 through its Luxembourg Branch, according to a notice.

The notes, issued under the bank’s $5 billion medium-term note program, were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on Monday.

The commercial bank is based in Shenzhen, China.
