Moody’s rates China Communications A3

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a first-time A3 issuer rating to China Communications Construction Co. Ltd.

The outlook is stable.

The rating incorporates the company’s standalone credit strength and three-notch uplift based on an expectation that the company will receive strong support from its parent, China Communications Construction Group Ltd. in times of stress, Moody’s said.

The ratings also consider its large scale and long track record, the agency said.
