Champion Enterprises unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Dec. 1 - Champion Enterprises, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by acting Region 3 U.S. Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Susan Andersson of Textron Financial Corp., based in Alpharetta, Ga.; Gordon Gendler of Wells Fargo Bank, NA of Minneapolis; Jonathan Dorfman of Highbridge International LLC of New York; Aloke Agarwal of Citadel Equity Fund Ltd. of Chicago; and Dale Baird of BlueLinx Corp. of Pittsburgh.

Champion, a Troy, Mich.-based producer of manufactured and modular homes, as well as modular buildings for government and commercial applications, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 15. The Chapter 11 case number is 09-14019.
