New York, Jan. 12 - Champion Bear Resources Ltd. said it has completed a non-brokered private placement for C$1.16 million.

The company sold 1,933,332 flow-through shares at C$0.60 each to six investors.

Based in Calgary, Alta., Champion Bear is a mineral exploration company.
