Portland, Ore., May 24 - CGG-Veritas plans to price a $600 million issue of 10-year senior notes on Wednesday, according to an informed source.

A conference call for investors in the United States took place on Tuesday.

The company plans to hold a call at 5 a.m. ET on Wednesday for investors in Europe. The deal is set to price thereafter.
