CenturyLink sets investor call for $500 million seven-year bullet deal; pricing expected Monday

Portland, Ore., March 18 - CenturyLink, Inc. plans to host an investor conference call at 12:30 p.m. ET Monday to discuss its $500 million offering of non-callable even-year senior notes (existing ratings Ba2/BB/BB+), according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price Monday.

Joint physical bookrunner J.P. Morgan Securities LLC will bill and deliver. Barclays is also a joint physical bookrunner. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are joint bookrunners.

Mitsubishi, Mizuho and U.S. Bancorp are the co-managers.

The notes have been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Monroe, La., wireline telecommunications services provider plans to use the proceeds to refinance amounts outstanding under its revolver.
