Moody's: CapitaMall notes A3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive A3 senior rating on the S$300 million notes issued by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Ltd. in its capacity as trustee of CapitaMall Trust under the retail bond program.

The definitive rating on this debt obligation confirms the provisional rating recently assigned, Moody's said.

The proceeds will be used for debt refinancing, investments, asset enhancement or general corporate and working capital purposes, the agency said.
