Knoxville, Tenn., May 27 - Canada Zinc Metals Corp. said it has negotiated a C$3 million private placement of units.
The company will sell 5 million units at C$0.60 each. Each unit will consist of one common share and one half-share warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at C$0.80 for 18 months.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and working capital.
Canada Zinc Metals is a mineral resource exploration company based in Vancouver, B.C.
