S&P assigns BB to CQP notes

S&P said it assigned BB issue-level and 3 recovery ratings to CQP Holdco LP’s new 10-year senior secured notes.

The agency said it also affirmed its BB issuer credit rating on CQP Holdco and its BB issue-level rating, with a 3 recovery rating, on the company's debt.

CQP will use the proceeds to repay a portion of the term loan on a dollar-for-dollar basis.

The outlook is stable.
