New Issue: CAE prices C$400 million 5.541% five-year senior notes

Columbus, Ohio, June 8 – CAE, Inc. priced C$400 million of 5.541% five-year senior notes in a private placement in Canada, according to a company announcement.
RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and TD Securities Inc. were the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.
CAE is a Montreal-based provider of simulation and training solutions for airlines and the military.
