Cosmoledo’s three-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 21 – Cosmoledo, LLC’s three-member official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on Monday by Region 2 U.S. trustee William K. Harrington, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee members are Eric Kayser of Maison Eric Kayser Medatlantique Ltd. based in Nicosia, Cypris; Jennifer Schwartz of 149 5th Ave. Corp. based in New York and S.D. Ryan Lieble c/o C.K. Lee based in New York.

New York-based Cosmoledo operates fine casual dining restaurants. It filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Sept. 10 under case number is 20-12117.
