Fitch rates Chailease bond BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an expected rating of BBB- to Chailease International Finance Corp.’s proposed senior unsecured notes. The notes will be guaranteed by Chailease Holding Co. Ltd., which Fitch rates BBB-.

The proposed notes will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including but not limited to purchasing leasing equipment and refinancing.
