Center Parcs sets initial talk on £255 million six-year secured notes in 5% area

Portland, Ore., April 26 – Center Parcs began a brief telephone roadshow on Monday for a £255 million offering of CPUK Finance Ltd. class B6 fixed-rate senior secured notes due August 2027 (B-/B), according to a market source.

The roadshow is expected to run through Tuesday.

Global coordinator and physical bookrunner Barclays is the left lead. HSBC is a global coordinator and joint bookrunner.

The Regulation S notes become callable after two years at par plus 50% of the coupon.

The Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands-based vacations services provider plans to use the proceeds to fully redeem its remaining class B3 notes due in 2022.
