Former Ciber, Daytona State College enter $1 million claim stipulation

By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Nov. 17 – CMTSU Liquidation, Inc., formerly Ciber, Inc., reached a claim stipulation with Daytona State College’s district board of trustees, according to a motion filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

CMTSU said Daytona State College filed a $247,979 secured claim and a $1.26 million unsecured claim on July 12. The secured claim was filed to preserve setoff rights, the motion said.

Under the stipulation, Daytona State College will have a $1 million unsecured non-priority claim against CMTSU.

Ciber is a Greenwood Village, Colo.-based system integration and information technology services consulting company. The company filed bankruptcy on April 9, 2017 under Chapter 11 case number 17-10772.
