Moody’s rates China Construction notes A1

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned A1 ratings to several planned senior unsecured green notes to be issued by three branches of China Construction Bank Corp.

The bank’s China Construction Bank Corp. DIFC Branch (Dubai International Finance Centre) plans to sell U.S. dollar-denominated three-year floating-rate notes. China Construction Bank Corp. Hong Kong Branch plans to sell three-year fixed-rate notes and China Construction Bank Corp. Luxembourg Branch plans to issue euro-denominated three-year fixed-rate notes.

The agency also assigned (P)A1 local- and foreign-currency senior unsecured medium-term note program ratings to CCB (DIFC Branch).

The proceeds will be used to finance and/or refinance eligible green projects.

The outlook is stable.
