CyrusOne plans senior notes via JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank and Truist

Chicago, Sept. 15 – CyrusOne LP and CyrusOne Finance Corp. are planning to offer senior notes (Ba2/BBB-/BBB-), according to multiple filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

The notes have a make-whole call and a par call.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Truist Securities, Inc. are joint bookrunners for the notes.

Proceeds will be used to repay a portion of the partnership’s 2023 term loans.

CyrusOne is a Dallas-based real estate investment trust specializing in data center properties.
