Credit Bank of Moscow tenders for 8.7% loan participation notes

New York, March 20 – Credit Bank of Moscow’s CBOM Finance plc subsidiary announced a tender offer for its $500 million of 8.7% loan participation notes due 2018.

The issuer is offering $1,077.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes plus accrued interest, according to a news release.

The tender ends at 3 a.m. ET on March 29, or 3 a.m. ET on March 31 for guaranteed deliveries.

Settlement is planned for April 3.

Credit Bank of Moscow is carrying out the tender in order to manage its debt maturity profile and to improve the composition of its regulatory capital, according to the news release.
