New Issue: Citigroup sells $500,000 upturn securities on ARK ETFs

Chicago, May 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% upturn securities due June 5, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the ARK Fintech Innovation ETF, the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF and the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of the worse performing ETF is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 187% of the return of that ETF.

If the final level of the worse performing ETF is less than the initial level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worse performing ETF.
