Buffalo, N.Y., May 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.45 million of 0% callable barrier securities due April 14, 2023 linked to the Citi World ESG index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes may be called at par plus a call premium of 8% on April 20, 2022.
If the final level of the index is positive or flat, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the index. The payout will be par if the final level declines, but finishes above 80% of the initial level. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the index.
