China Great Wall guides three-year dollar-denominated notes to yield 155 bps area over Treasuries

Atlanta, June 11 – China Great Wall Asset Management Corp. set initial talk in the Treasuries plus 155 basis points area for an offering of three-year dollar-denominated notes (expected rating: A1), a market source said.

ABC, Standard Chartered Bank and CCB International are the joint global coordinators and – along with HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Wing Lung Bank, JPMorgan, BOC International, Societe Generale CIB, Credit Suisse, CICC HK Securities and Guotai Junan International – the joint bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The company is based in Beijing.
