Credit Suisse to price digital buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., March 15 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due March 19, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment of 21%.

If the index falls by up to 17%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 17% buffer.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on March 16.

The Cusip number is 22550WK48.
