New York, Jan. 26 - Cream Minerals Ltd. priced a C$1 million private placement.
The non-brokered deal includes up to 2.5 million units of one share and one half-share warrant.
The full warrants are exercisable at C$0.50 each for two years.
Proceeds will be used for exploration on the company's silver-gold Nuevo Milenio project in Mexico, for bulk sampling of diamonds at the Casierra project in Sierra Leone and for working capital.
Vancouver, B.C.-based Cream is a mineral exploration company.
