Country Club India board OKs $70 million convertibles issue

Washington, Dec. 11 - Country Club India Ltd.'s board approved an international offering of convertibles for up to $70 million.

The issue may include foreign currency convertible bonds, global depository receipts, American depository receipts or other convertible securities.

The board approved the deal at a meeting on Dec. 9.

Country Club India is a Hyderabad, India-based country club operator.
