Corsa Coal intends to conduct C$10 million private placement of stock

Best efforts, brokered deal offers shares via agent Paradigm Capital

Knoxville, Tenn., April 18 – Corsa Coal Corp. said it plans a C$10 million private placement of stock. Paradigm Capital Inc. is the agent.

The company will sell the stock on a best-efforts basis. The shares will be priced in the context of the market.

Corsa is a coal explorer in Toronto.
