Knoxville, Tenn., July 28 - Comprehensive Care Corp. completed a $1.15 million private placement of stock on July 27, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 4.6 million common shares at $0.25 per share to Howard Jenkins.
Tampa, Fla.-based Comprehensive Care is a behavioral health, substance abuse and employee assistance program provider for governmental agencies, managed-care companies and employer groups.
